The Rail District is a master-planned community in Abbotsford’s Historic Downtown being developed by Infinity Properties. It will consist of 5 new neighbourhoods with approximately 600 townhouses and condominiums projected to be built over the next few years. The 19-acre site, formerly the Clayburn Brick Plant, will be transformed into five family-oriented neighbourhoods featuring over 600 condominiums and townhomes, along with 80,000 square feet of retail and office space.

The Rail District Abbotsford community is strategically located at Montrose Avenue & Pine Street, near historic Downtown restaurants and shops. The Rail District Abbotsford Development Plan

Over the next few years, five neighbourhoods will be developed between Pine Street and Morey Avenue. These include Hillside, offering a mix of condominiums and townhomes; Railside, featuring townhomes and an amenity building; Ridgeline, consisting of condominiums; Brickyard, offering townhomes and an outdoor amenity area; and Rail Plaza, comprising a mix of condominiums, retail units, and office space.

The Flats at The Rail District are the first condominiums to be developed and will be located in the Rail Plaza neighbourhood within Abbotsford Centre. This phase of the Rail District project includes two character buildings — The Mason and The Wright. The Mason, the initial release, is a 6-storey, mixed-use building with up to nine ground-level retail units and two levels of underground parking. It offers 93 condominiums with 16 floor plans, ranging from 643 to 1,152 square feet, with 1-bedroom to 2-bedroom + den layouts. Completion is expected in 2026.
