We are looking for exclusive agency relationships with buyers and sellers of presales, assignments, and existing properties.
We have long established relationships with marketing companies and developers in the Vancouver area, the Fraser Valley, Nanaimo, and Victoria, and throughout BC.
We get information on new presale and pre-construction properties and condos in those areas before anyone else and post it on this site and share it on our various email lists.
We also have 50+ years of experience with assisting our clients with the purchase and sale of existing properties in the Vancouver area, Fraser Valley, and Southern Vancouver Island.
Call Your Realtor First
We are often asked for assistance by people who have committed, existing, ongoing relationships with Realtors who are not us.
Unfortunately we cannot help as we are very busy assisting our clients and those who want to be our clients. Furthermore, we do not and cannot interfere with existing agency relationships that people may have a with a Realtor.
We respectfully ask that those users of this site who have existing committed exclusive relationships with Realtors to contact your Realtor first instead of us if you have any questions about this site.
Again, our priority is our clients and people who want to be our clients and who do not have an existing agency relationship with a Realtor.
To be very clear we cannot assist, share information, pricing, floor plans with the following:
- People who have an existing exclusive agency relationship with a Realtor that is not one of us.
- People who refuse to give us a phone number or will not speak to us on the phone.
- People who are rude, disrespectful, or deceptive.
