    Concord Brentwood in Burnaby is set to transform 26 acres of under-utilized industrial land south of Lougheed Highway, between Beta and Delta avenues, into an extremely livable family community. This will complete the astounding revitalization of Burnaby’s Brentwood Town Centre neighbourhood.     Actual plans have yet to be released. However, we have been informed that the one- to three-bedroom homes of Tower 1 in Phase 1 will range in size from 534 sq ft to 1,239 sq ft.     Phase 2 of the project is Oasis At Concord Brentwood. This raised 50-storey tower will have 400+ homes that have breathtaking city, mountain, or park views.
