Cambie Corridor Presale Condo Assignments are now available. The Cambie Corridor is set to get a massive influx of new housing, with 11,500 new homes planned under Phase 3 of the area’s redevelopment.  The Cambie Corridor it is now the most aggressive housing push in the city’s history.  The Cambie Corridor planning area covers 16th to the Fraser River between Oak and Ontario streets. The Corridor has seen much redevelopment with the opening of the Canada Line seven years ago.  There will be more market-oriented development and also added new rental and social housing stock through new incentives.  The largest cluster of proposed townhouses is located around the King Edward Station while secondary clusters are next to West 49th Avenue and along much of Oak Street.
