Citimark is a Metro Vancouver real estate developer with more than 35 years of residential building experience across Richmond, North Vancouver, and Vancouver’s West Side. Founded in 1988 by Nelson Chan, the company began with single-family and multi-family homes in Richmond and Vancouver before establishing the Palladium partnership in 1994. Over the next 14 years, Palladium delivered more than 20 residential and retail projects across Metro Vancouver and Calgary, including the Champlain Square Mall revitalization in Vancouver, Union Square in Richmond, The Symphony high-rise in North Vancouver, and Georgian Towers in Downtown Vancouver.
Re-established under the Citimark name in 2008, the company has since focused on thoughtfully designed townhome and low-rise communities in established neighbourhoods. Citimark’s partnership with Grosvenor — spanning nearly two decades and five projects — has produced over 500 homes, including the Whitford townhome collection in Shaughnessy and 15 West condominiums on Central Lonsdale.
The developer has built a significant portfolio in North Vancouver’s Lions Gate Village, delivering Belle Isle, Ebb + Flow, and Emerald alongside partners including Woodbridge Homes. This developer also developed Quilchena West Richmond with Western.
