Safety is our number one priority above all else.

We have all been staying home and socially isolating to do our part in this crisis.

As British Columbia starts reopening, we are doing the same.

As you may or may not know, Realtors in British Columbia have been designated an essential service and are allowed to conduct business.

We are available to help with  all your real estate needs subject to the safety and physical distancing recommendations of the BC Centre for Disease Control including the following:

• Phone meetings
•  Zoom meetings
• In-person property showings
• In-person presale previews
• In-person meetings.

Since mid-March we have not been sending out presale update emails as we felt that they would be a distraction from more important matters.

We feel that due to the upcoming easing of some of the social restrictions, it is appropriate for us to restart our presale email updates.
